📦 Returns & Refund Policy -Homvik

At Homvik, every artwork is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.

    Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  •   Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  •   A continuous unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible, is mandatory for verification.

  •   Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

  •   The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.

✅ Once your claim is approved, Homvik will cover the return shipping charges.

You may choose either:

  •   A free replacement, or

  •  Store Credit equal to the product value.


↩️ Returns

If you wish to return a product

  •   Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  •   You must email us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.

  •   The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice.

  •   The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

After the returned product passes our quality inspection:

  •   A Store Credit will be issued after deducting the applicable shipping charges.

  • ⏳ Store Credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  •  Products purchased during any sale, discount, or promotional offer.

  •  Customized or personalized products.

  •  Used, installed, or damaged products.

  •  Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.


✔️ Return Approval Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  •  Product must be unused.

  •  Original packaging must be intact.

  •  All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included.

  •  Valid proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

  •  Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


📩 How to Request a Return

Email us at homvikstore@gmail.com within the applicable time period with:

  •  Order Number

  •  Registered Email Address

  •  Reason for the request

  •  Photos of the product (if applicable)

  •  Complete unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect product claims)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
