At Homvik, every artwork is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

A continuous unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible, is mandatory for verification.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
✅ Once your claim is approved, Homvik will cover the return shipping charges.
You may choose either:

A free replacement, or
-
Store Credit equal to the product value.

If you wish to return a product

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

You must email us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
After the returned product passes our quality inspection:

A Store Credit will be issued after deducting the applicable shipping charges.

⏳ Store Credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Products purchased during any sale, discount, or promotional offer.

Customized or personalized products.

Used, installed, or damaged products.

Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
✔️ Return Approval Conditions
To qualify for a return or replacement:

Product must be unused.

Original packaging must be intact.

All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included.

Valid proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
