Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery across India usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via Email or SMS (where applicable).


Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India.

There are no hidden shipping charges. The final amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay.


Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

Homvik is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via your registered email address or phone number.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

Homvik is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.


Damaged Package on Delivery

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product (if applicable).

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after 48 hours may not be approved.
